Hypnotherapy is the integration of both mental health therapy and hypnosis, and can be an incredibly powerful tool to shine the light on the negative core beliefs, patterns, and feelings that keep us feeling stuck. Hypnosis is simply a state of heightened relaxation in which your conscious mind and its continual loops of thought take a backseat, allowing for an increase in focus and concentration from your subconscious to come to the forefront. In this state, you are much more receptive to new ways of thinking, gaining fresh perspectives on situations, behaviors, thoughts and feelings that may be causing stress. Hypnosis, combined with mental health therapy, can be incredibly effective in decreasing anxiety, healing negative core beliefs, healing old memories and trauma, transform unhealthy eating patterns, smoking cessation, and helping to move through grief and loss. Hypnotherapy Packages
In addition to offering individual hypnotherapy sessions, I also offer packaged hypnotherapy sessions specializing in various topics. By choosing a package session, you also save money! (Click on my Getting Started / Rates & Insurance page to find out how. ) Packaged sessions typically take place over the course of 3 to 8 weeks, and can offer greater depth of experience and room for growth. You choose the number of sessions per package: 3, 4, 5, or 6 are currently being offered.
Each package includes a though intake and information gathering as part of session 1. Handouts and tools to take home to deepen your experience are also included in each package. Please also note that the first session is up to 2 hours long to make room for a thorough intake. Each subsequent session is 1 to 1 1/2 hours long.

From Anxiety to Calm:
I hold the belief that our thoughts are more powerful than we realize. Ongoing anxiety and worry is typically started with an anxious or troublesome thought. What if we could train our brains to think different thoughts, creating more calm and less worry? Using a unique blend of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) techniques while in a deeply relaxed state, we work to identify, target, and transform your negative thoughts into more productive and positive thoughts to help you gain a sense of peace, calm, and tranquility. Self hypnosis techniques will also be included in this package, so that you may cultivate a sense of calm and tranquility for yourself whenever you need it.
Transforming Body Image:
Body image issues plague our society. Our thoughts tend to be negative in nature when we think of our bodies. By using progressive relaxation, guided imagery, affirmations, mediation techniques, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we work to identify the root cause of your negative body image, transforming the unloving thoughts about your body to thoughts of love, appreciation, and acceptance.
Changing our Relationship with Food:
Many of us struggle with emotional eating that has little to do with hunger or nourishment. This package is geared for clients who wish to change their relationship with food from one of disempowerment to empowerment. Using a blend of mental health therapy techniques, we identify the emotional reasons we may overeat, undereat, or chose unhealthy foods. Next, we use deep progressive relaxation, deepening techniques, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques while in a light state of hypnosis to transform our thoughts and feelings about food.
Transforming our Relationship with Exercise:
Have you attempted to start an exercise plan many times, only to stop after a certain period of time? Does the idea of exercise make you want to run (or perhaps walk) for the hills? Under a light state of hypnosis, we use guided imagery, cognitive behavioral therapy, mediation techniques and affirmations to retrain your brain as you learn to love to move!
Journey Into Mindfulness:
The term “mindful” has become a catch phrase in our society. What does being mindful really mean? From my perspective, becoming mindful is another way of becoming self-aware. Rather than reacting to other people, things, and experiences outside of us, the process of self awareness brings us back to our center, so that we may lean into the flow of life by starting from within. By using progressive relaxation and deepening techniques, we explore finding your center while in a light state of hypnosis. You’ll leave with many different tools to deepen your practice.
Exploring Spiritual Support:
Hypnotherapy has long been used as a tool to access different states of mind that aren’t normally accessible. Hypnosis can be a wonderful tool for accessing spiritual states, such as past life regression, meeting spiritual guides, and tuning into your higher self for guidance. In this package, we explore past life regression, spiritual guide connection, and accessing your higher self.
The Power of Positive Thought – There is so much power behind the spoken (and unspoken) word! In this package, you’ll learn how the thoughts we think can influence our reality. These sessions dive deep into empowering affirmations that we create and integrate in hypnosis.
